SCM-G500 Laser Marking Machine

Overview
The Laser Marking Machine developed by Wuhan CenterRise M&C Engineering Co., Ltd. is a highly automated device, primarily used in steelmaking continuous casting and rolling processes for marking the IDs of hot and cold slabs.

When the slab reaches the set stop position via the stepping cooling bed, the paint spraying nozzle extends and moves up and down to spray paint onto the slab cross-section. The stepping cooling bed then moves again, transporting the slab to the laser head's working position. The Laser Marking Machine, in its original standby position, receives the slab arrival and marking data, and generates the dot matrix information for the number to be printed, and then the laser head moves forward to the designated focal length to print the ID information, resetting to the standby position to complete the entire workflow.

Operating Modes

1. Automatic Mode—Automatically provides data via PLC or a higher-level control system;
2. Semi-automatic Mode—The Laser Marking Machine marks the slab automatically or manually, based on operator input via computer;
3. Manual Mode ---For on-site emergency or online debugging;
4. Data transmission Ethernet and fiber optic

Technical Features
1. Uses high-temperature paint atomization spraying medium for base color application;
2. Automatically focuses the distance to the slab end;
3. The host computer sends the print ID number or the print ID number is manually entered;
4. A forced-cooling axial flow fan is in the laser box, ensuring long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments;
5. The paint tank lid can be pneumatically raised and lowered when adding paint;
6. The software interface provides an alarm when the paint level in the tank is low;
7. The tank has an automatic paint stirring function to prevent paint sedimentation;
8. The system automatically receives the stepping action signal from the cooling bed;
