Seven Days in Phu Quoc and We Still Weren't Done

I don't mean we ran out of activities — we didn't, really. I mean the island had gotten under our skin enough that leaving felt wrong. There's a particular kind of trip that you spend the last day slightly mourning while you're still in it. The Phu Quoc honeymoon package we'd chosen was seven nights and I remember thinking that was long when we booked it. By day five I was already doing the maths on extending.
